Zabov

Zabov is a liqueur made with alcohol and zabaglione. Although its recipe is protected by an international patent and remains a secret, its most well-known ingredients are: egg yolk, fresh milk, sugar, and a brandy blend created specifically for the company.

The brand was registered in 1946 and has become increasingly popular over the years. It can be enjoyed cold or hot (including as a base for a “bombardino”) or as an ingredient in desserts.
