In this letter, Lorenzo thanks the Prince of Ferrara for the salama da sugo, which he greatly enjoyed. This dish has ancient origins, and historical documents show that it was highly appreciated at the court of the Este family as early as the 16th century. Over time, it has become the dish of choice for special occasions throughout the province of Ferrara. In particular, every year in September, Madonna Boschi, in the province of Ferrara, hosts the “Sagra della Salamina da sugo al cucchiaio” (Salama da sugo Festival), where it is served in all its possible variations. Salama or salamina da sugo is a particular type of salame, very spicy, savoury and rich in aromas. The area where salama da sugo PGI is processed, matured and packaged covers almost the entire territory of the Province of Ferrara.

["post-1217","prodotto","type-prodotto","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry
["GET
