MEZZOGIORNO CON MESSISBUGO! COOKING CLASS CON LO CHEF DANIELE PERSEGANI
On Sunday 11 May, the Ferrara Province Wine and Food Route organises an unmissable Show Cooking with nationally renowned chef Daniele Persegani, who will reinterpret Renaissance recipes with a modern twist.
The event will take place in the splendid setting of Palazzo Pendaglia, an authentic treasure of Renaissance architecture and the headquarters of Ferrara's I.P.S.A.R. “Orio VERGANI”. The Show Cooking, designed to intrigue both tourists and citizens of Ferrara, will offer a unique experience through the flavours and traditions of Renaissance cuisine. During the lesson, guests will have the opportunity to work with the chef at stations where they will be able to put their “hands in the dough”. The workshop will end with a tasting of the dishes prepared by the chef, accompanied by stories full of anecdotes and cultural insights.
