BONDIOLA



BONDIOLA

Traditional dish of the north-west Ferrara Province.

Probably Bondiola is similar to Lugo and Bagnacavallo Dish called Bel e cot.

Similar to cotechino, made with low-fat pork meat, melted with salt, pepper, garlic and red wine. Great with dolid vegetables, cren or potatoes.
